Zande Science Sales Representative - Rustenburg

Requirements:
Zande Science Pty Ltd is an agriculture service company that was started in 2021. It help people who own Chickens, sheep, goats and cattle in communal areas to increase the number of birth and survival rate of Offsprings born by these livestock. An owner joins by paying once for our livestock health membership and Receive free livestock medicine for a year.
Zande Science is now expanding its distribution network to various rural towns throughout South Africa. We Are looking for ambitious, goal driven and problem solving candidates to open new sales branches in branded Gazebo at rural towns. You will be in charge of our sales branch in any town we choose for you.
1. Be able to use instant message umoya app.
2. Be able to read, write and understand English.
3. Have the ability to interpret our livestock health membership to a livestock owner using an
Indigenous language they will understand.
4. Ability to have patience and to teach another person how livestock health membership is sold.
5. Skill to train and monitor activities that are done by promoters you have recruited in your sales
Branch
6. Ability to communicate clearly, calm and to coach promoters without criticizing them for making
Mistakes.
7. Creative thinking and effective decision making that improve the sales generated by your sales
Branch.
8. Hunger to learn and respect authority of your sales manager and other senior managers at Zande
Science.
9. Ability to lead and motivate promoters that are undergoing assessment in your sales branch.
10. Capability to start your own initiatives and justify doing them.
11. Willingness to relocate to any rural town we sent you to open a sales branch in.
Responsibilities:
- As a sales representative you will lead the opening of our sales branch in a town you will be relocated To after passing assessment.
- Be responsible for managing our outdoor advertising campaign.
- Recruit and train promoters that are attached to your sales branch.
- Provide forms to livestock farmers who want to buy our livestock health membership for their Livestock.
- Assist livestock owners to deposit money at standard bank atm or PEP store when paying for Livestock health membership for their livestock.
- Collect livestock medicine sent from distribution office by courier and store it safely.
- Give livestock medicine received by your sales branch to livestock owners that come to collect their Orders.
- Train and coach promoters you have recruited to pass assessment and become sales representatives For Zande Science like you.
