Store Manager | (Hardware Retail) - Butterworth

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Hardware Retail Store Manager (Contactable References to be provided on application)
- Excellent Leadership skills and business orientation
- Ability to deal with the public in a friendly manner
- Excellent problem solving
- Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration and Business Management will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
- Assess needs and develop business strategies maximize profitability
- Meet sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance reviews to assess training needs and build career paths
- Attend to customer queries and complaints
- Additional store manager duties as needed
