Minimum Requirements:
MBChB, FCRaD Diagnostics, MMed or Appropriate qualification that allows registration as Specialist Diagnostic Radiologist with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa.
Registered and in Good Standing with Health Professions Council of South Africa.
Significant experience with Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasound etc.
RSSA Fees and Medical Insurance will be covered by the practice.
Well- Developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility and willingness to work outside normal working hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform various diagnostic procedures such as MRIs, CTs, Fluoroscopy, Interventional procedures, Mammography, Ultrasound, etc.
Analyze and evaluate medical images, including identifying abnormalities, diseases, or injuries and provide an accurate report.
Communicate effectively with referring physicians, healthcare teams, and patients to discuss imaging findings and treatment options.
Up- To- Date with advancements in radiology technology, imaging protocols, and diagnostic techniques to enhance diagnostic accuracy and patient care.

The ideal candidate would have significant hands- On experience in various specialties, including Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Interventional Radiology and Ultrasound. Registration in Good Standing with the Health Professions Council of South Africa is non negotialble.
Note: Registration will be facilitated for the Health Professions Council of Namibia. Relocation costs and logistics will be discussed during the interviewing process.
