- Previous experience in a similar role within the business operations sector is strongly preferred.
- In- Depth knowledge of operations, technical, industry trends, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem- Solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and drive results.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle various projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and software applications.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for the vaping/FMCG industry.

Job Summary:
As our Business Operations Executive you will play a vital role in improving and streamlining our business processes within the company. You will act as the central point of contact for various departments and stakeholders within the company, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and efficient execution of projects. Your expertise and understanding of business operations/project management will contribute to the continued success and growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate various business activities, ensuring smooth operations within the company
- Act as a central point of contact for different departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Streamline and optimize processes, identifying areas of improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, aligning resources and priorities to achieve project goals.
- Analyse data and metrics to provide valuable insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross- Functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in business operations, ensuring our company remains competitive and innovative.
- Follow up daily on ALL business activities from A - Z, i. E. Admin, operations, compliance, staff and any other item on the job card.
