Restaurant Manager - Sea Point - Cape Town

Requirements:
Our client, currently based at the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, is expanding and opening a second restaurant in Sea Point at the end of April 2023. This 100- Eater restaurant trades 8am to 7pm, Mon - Sun and serves fresh and wholesome food which is inspired by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours with a contemporary twist which pays tribute to Africa.
Pick Me Recruitment is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to join their team. The ideal individual is service and guest centric with a strong operational skill set, ability to lead and manage a team effectively, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has initiative and attention to detail. Previous restaurant manager experience is essential. IT is a pre-Requisite to have a valid drivers license. The ideal individual has 3 - 5 years experience in a managerial role and experience in setting up systems and procedures, Hospitality Management qualification will be advantageous, training and staff performance management ability, a leader, stable with a passion for the hospitality industry. Own vehicle and valid drivers license is essential
Responsibilities:
The role is to ensure the smooth running of the daily restaurant operations and activities, with a focus on service excellence and continued staff development.

Benefits:

Remuneration: R20 000 - R25 000 (Dependent on experience)
