- Must be Pr. Eng / Pr. Tech Eng registered.
- Highly Computer Literate
- COTO application & the GCC and FIDIC forms of Contract
- Understanding of the Construction Industry
- Disciplinary Procedures
- SANRAL & Service Provider Contracts
- Technically competent with an understanding of the built environment.
- Project Management Concepts
- Pavement Evaluation and Design
- Pavement Materials Investigations
Road Asset Management
- Pavement specific knowledge and experience
- Minimum 20yrs relevant geotechnical experience on major road projects.
- Traffic loading analysis
- HDM- 4 Economic Analysis
- Management and mentorship of design teams
- Road Construction (Contracts Engineering)
- Tender Documentation and Evaluations
- Proposals and tendering for consultant services
