JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
It is important to have the following qualifications and Experience.
A degree or diploma in office administration, project management, or business management/administration
Must have at least two years of experience in administration in a project environment preferably in the enterprise development space
Suitable Candidate should have the following:
Must be a South African Citizen with a South African ID
Must have a strong eye for detail and the ability to pick up errors.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Must have good financial acumen and ability to manage and track the the project budgets.
Self- Initiative
Team player
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Be able to work flexibly.
Expert at organising information organizing incorrect order.
Excellent Skills in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet etc. )
Ability to work with all stakeholders to assess potential risks.
Natural ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
High- Level written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to speak at least one African Language

Must be comfortable with project plans, risk registers, and project scope of work



Responsibilities:
- Arrange all project logistics (including the booking of travel, accommodation, venue, and catering)
- Coordinate the printing, packing, and dispatching of material. Consulting with printing and courier companies
- Daily download, check and submit for payment trainer catering invoices, upload the invoices to the daily finance folder for payments, and update the relevant spend detail on the cost tracking sheet.
- File all project invoices from other suppliers in the appropriate folder and update the relevant spending detail on the cost tracking sheet.
- Ensure that all the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of training partners are returned and filed in the project folder.
- Liase with the trainers and must have great interpersonal skills to perform this task.
- Conduct research and produce a report when needed.
