JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Develop key performance metrics and implementation thereof with internal production reports.

- Co-ordinate all CMT and Outwork activities.

- Measure all the production facilities output against the set targets and timelines.

- Forecast the sustainable output of the factory and supporting production units in accordance with strategic operational targets.

- Compare actual and estimated product costings and report on exceptions.

- Analyse production statistics of operational performance and drive improvement practices.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal customers and suppliers.

- Actively contribute towards a high performing leadership team.

- The successful candidate would be responsible for leading the Despatch Department.

Job Requirements

- 3 years minimum planning management experience

- Relevant bachelors degree or diploma required

- Knowledge of Fast React advantageous

- Strong communication skills verbal and written

- Drivers license with own vehicle required

- Analytical Problem-Solving Skills

- Strong logical and process understanding
