IT Software Development Solutions External Client Service Account Manager JHB
Matric certificate.
BComm qualification OR Industrial engineering OR IT Software qualification, OR significant progress towards such qualifications.
Must have Project Managing working experience regarding IT software solutions
Software Solutions services rendered
Strong experience in IT software Systems Development Life Cycle +Project Management processes.
With min. 4 to 8 working years in IT Software solutions SDLC and Agile + Project Management processes working experience and in going personally oneself to discuss software solution needs at External outside External Clients premises Face to face up to executive level External Clients premises for IT software solutions, processes, systems that External Client request to be developed
Client support and technical assistance
Verify tasks performing full systems integration IT Software regression testing prior to deployments to external client environment
Manage IT Software deployments Hotfixes, patches, release and data fixes.
Systems configuration to l IT Software environments Regression testing.
Test scenarios where defects are identify defects with External client
Resolve IT Software client business, process problems ,ensures that new software products enhancements to existing products or business processes are delivered as expected.
Managing IT Software projects programs
Must have IT Software Presentation skills experience and External Client Relationship management working experience is essential
Manage IT Software client project scope, changes.
IT Software support to own developers, clarify client requirements.
SDLC, classification, prioritisation, business Requirements, design, testing, user training, deployments.
Release management and configuration.
