Requirements:
- • Diploma in HR or related
- • 2 years of experience as an HR assistant
- • Knowledge of labor laws and employment equity regulations
- • Successful HR admin and people management skills
- • Knowledge of payroll/finance procedures
- • Full knowledge of HR capacities and best practices
- • Excellent written and verbal communications abilities
- • Function well under tension and fulfills tight time constraints
- • Exceptionally PC skills with capacity in email, MS Office, and related business and specialized software
- • Strong organization and time management abilities
- • Solid decision-making and critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities:
- • Support all internal and external HR-related requests or demands.
- • Keep up with computerized and electronic records of employees.
- • Act as the first point of contact with regard to benefits and administrators.
- • Help with the recruitment by selecting candidates, performing reference checks, and giving work contracts.
- • Keep up with the schedules of the HR management team.
- • Manage the completion of pay and benefit documentation.
- • Help with performance management processes.
- • Plan meetings, interviews, HR events and keep up with agendas.
- • Coordinate instructional meetings and courses.
- • Perform onboarding and update records of new staff.
- • Produce and submit reports on HR movement.
- • Process finance and resolve any finance processes.
- • Complete administrative work and post-employment surveys.
- • Stay up with the latest with the most recent HR patterns and best practices.
