JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
1. 3 to 4 years In a Management experience in a lodge and/or Guesthouse
2. Must have booking platform experience, Semper would be advantageous and booking vendor experience, Booking. Com, Travel Ground etc.
3. Outlook, Excel and Word knowledge. They should be comfortable working independently and building their own team.
4. Cooking ability


 
Responsibilities:
Management of Two Guesthouses. Reception, Housekeeping and Maintenance Management.
Cleanliness and Hygiene are key.
The position entails a fine eye for detail when it comes to room checks and common area checks.
A fair financial acumen is needed as you would need to handle petty cash and pay casual wages.
Daily reports are imperative on covers, financials, up coming bookings, events in the area and stock orientation.
A mature manager is needed of sober habits that is willing and able to take this business to the to the next level.
