Requirements:
- • Must have previous work experience or training as a General Foreman
- • Must be a strong leader
- • Must pay close attention to detail
- • Must display superior organizational skills and be able to work efficiently on tight schedules
- • Must be able to keep detailed and accurate records
- • Must work well with a variety of people from different backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- • Hire and collaborate with the construction workers and contractors needed to complete a job.
- • Keep detailed records of expenses accrued throughout a project to ensure it remains within the set budget.
- • Ensure the job site is a safe work environment and in compliance with all laws and regulations.
- • Troubleshoot all issues that may arise on the job site and find an adequate solution in a timely manner.
- • Create work schedules for all workers and contractors to adhere to.
- • Source any supplies as needed.
