Requirements:
- • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- • At least 2 years of experience as a finance administrator or a related role
- • In-depth understanding of financial rules, regulations, and policies
- • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reconcile accounts accurately and timely
- • Proficient in accounting and bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- • Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with finance and non-finance teams
- • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- • Understanding of tax regulations and filing requirements is a plus
- • Ability to distinguish inappropriate/unnecessary expenditures and take corrective action
Responsibilities:
- • Manage and maintain all financial activities in the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- • Ensure compliance with financial policies, standard procedures, and regulations
- • Monitor financial reports, analyze trends, and provide meaningful financial information for decision-making
- • Prepare financial reports, statements, and records for internal and external stakeholders
- • Accurately input and maintain financial data in an organized, easy-to-understand format
- • Respond to financial inquiries and provide financial expertise when required
- • Communicate complex financial information to non-finance managers and suggest solutions to financial issues
- • Prepare and file various tax forms and financial reports to regulatory authorities
- • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners
