Its a role where you will manage customer requests and communicate with customers and technicians to co-ordinate service. Although IT Experience isnt required, you must be proficient with computers, understand technology, and be excellent with communication in English.   Pay is 1000-1800 USD per month depending on experience.  Training is provided.
