Driver Code 10 - Johannesburg

Requirements:
- Valid South African drivers license
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent health able to do physical work
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to speak, read and write in English
- Sober habits
- No criminal record
Responsibilities:
- Loading, transporting and delivering items to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Reviewing orders, invoices and trip sheets before and after delivery to ensure correct orders and goods are delivered to correct customers
- Assisting with route planning on daily routes
- Complete additional instructions are given by the line manager
- Stock and deliveries
- Checking stock vs invoice, and deliver correct stock to correct customer.
- Receiving POD for all delivered stock
- Assist in other divisions in the WH like packing/receiving/picking etc should the need arise
- Assist in Company stock take
- Taking care of vehicle and other company assets
- Weekly K53 check to ensure the vehicle is road legal
- Obeying all traffic laws Reporting and Feedback:
- Report any problems to the direct line manager
- Returning of completed trip sheet and signed POD daily
