Beck Family Development Foundation seeks to employ a well- Easoned and well- Oken Conservation Manager responsible for managing all aspects of the Company?s private nature reserve.
Job Requirements:
- National Diploma in Conservation
- Good and sound knowledge of conservation, Fauna, and Flora
- Computer literacy
- Good relationship, communicating and networking with people
- A minimum of 5 years project based and reserve management experience
Responsibilities:
- Professionally and efficiently presenting and communicating skills
- The ability to connect comfortably with different role players, stakeholders, subordinates, clients, colleagues, and media reporters.
- The capability to plan, organize and lead effectively.
- Deciding and initiating action.
- Display entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
- Have a strong ability to function individually and as part of a team.
- Working well with people.
- Have good self- Motivation and respond well to instruction from management.
- Be likeable, presentable, and reliable.
