JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Proficient in office management software (e. G. , Microsoft Office Suite) and electronic communication tools.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-Keeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Strong problem-Solving and decision-Making abilities.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes (preferred).
Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
In- Depth knowledge of social media platforms (e. G. , Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of brand voice and tone.
Ability to create and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Non-Smoker.


Responsibilities:
Oversee and streamline administrative operations to ensure smooth day- To- Day functioning.
Managing the process of placing orders, following up on their progress, and thoroughly checking orders upon receipt.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Creative mindset with a strong ability to generate engaging and shareable content.
Proficient in monitoring and analysing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and respond to online community inquiries.
