JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Well established Property Company looking for a full time experienced accounts/ administration assistant. Must be well spoken and well presented. Minimum of 5 years experience in bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to manage/ prepare accounts.
Place orders/ negotiate prices with Suppliers.
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
Strong organizational skills - Create and maintain filing systems.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Good communication skills.
Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must have own transport.
