Requirements:
- • Grade 12 plus a relevant Degree/Diploma
- • A minimum of 2 years sales experience with a proven track record of sales success.
Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS:
- • Serve as contact point for customers and internal teams.
- • Goal-oriented, organized, definite team player.
- • Self-motivated and self-directed.
- • Source new potential clients and territories.
- • In-depth understanding of company clients.
- • Anticipate customer needs, expectations, and their position in the industry.
- • Resolving client issues and complaints in an effective and respectful way.
- • Anticipating client account changes and improvements.
- • Strategic planning to improve customer service.
- • Analysing client data and working with sales, production team, logistics, managers, marketing, finance, and other team members associated with the client account to ensure the highest quality service is provided.
- • Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery.
- • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, with management and shareholders.
- • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
- • Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner - FMCG.
