Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Sales with a focus on Fintech.

Education: Minimum academic qualification of a BSc.

Customer Interaction: Conduct meetings with potential customers, perform marketing and business meetings to promote the company's offerings.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture personal contacts and trust aimed at increasing the company's recognition.

Project Management: Handle both short-term and long-term potential business-related projects.

Responsibilities:

Cold Sales Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in cold sales.

Work Process Oversight: Monitor and adjust the work processes within the sales department to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Sales Planning and Fulfillment: Meet and exceed sales plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Sales Activities: Actively participate in various sales activities to promote the company's products or services.
