Qualifications:
Matric qualification
Bachelor's degree or courses and/ or certifications in communication, education, Train the trainer or facilitation skills or relevant field
Experience:
3-5 years experience as a Senior or Executive sales consultant within SAHL
Comprehensive understanding of SAHL products, services, and offerings
Holding classroom training sessions
Proven knowledge in coaching & mentoring abilities
Ability to report on and analyze data related to learning & development
Technical systems knowledge
Proficient in MS office suite
Responsibilities:
To support the sales division with the onboarding of new sales consultants by ensuring that adequate and relevant training is provided hereby equipping sales consultants with the necessary technical and funcitonal knowledge to fulfill their function within SAHL.
