OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • • Relevant Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and FAIS recognised and accredited qualification
  • • Completed Relevant Regulatory Exams (RE5)
  • • Valid drivers license & own reliable vehicle
  • • Minimum of 2 years performing a similar role
  • • Minimum 2 years Sales experience, specifically in Insurance Brokerage

Responsibilities:

  • • Sales Opportunity Creation
  • • Expand the client base through cold calling prospective clients.
  • • Approach and canvas prospective clients to get information about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage.
  • • Explain the features of various insurance products offered.
  • • Analyse clients current insurance portfolio in order to upsell additional products on offer by Syncarpha Bluestar.
  • • Customise clients? insurance policy to suit individual needs and goals.
  • • Manage policy renewals and cancellations.
  • • Achieve successful sales targets.

Quality Sales Administration and recording

  • • Maintain electronic and paper records by obtaining the relevant confirmation of cover from the Insurance Underwriters timeously.
  • • Complete info on clients in accordance with required standards and compliance.
  • • Submit records of concluded sales to the relevant QA for assessment and recording.
