Requirements:
- • Education
- • Degree in Commerce/Law or Business Management
- • Preferred - Completed B-BBEE Management Development Programme
- • Experience:
- • Minimum 5 years' overall B-BBEE Verification experience
- • Minimum 2 years' experience with Amended Financial Services Sector Code as verification analyst or verification manager
- • Working knowledge of B-BBEE legislation and B-BBEE Codes
- • Preferred - B-BBEE Technical signatory (Verification Manager)
Responsibilities:
- • To manage the B-BBEE portfolio for the SAHL entities. Collaborating with business unit managers to provide guidance, expertise and direction with regards to data required for B-BBEE verification. Ensuring that our transformation objectives and targeted B-BBEE certification level is achieved for all entities.
