Accounts Payable and Liaison Officer - Sandton

Requirements:

• • There is a Position available in Woodmead for an experienced Accounts Payable and Liaison Officer.
• • Minimum requirements for this position are as follows: At least a colleague education background, additional qualification as an accountant will be a plus.
• • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an accountant or related will be preferred.
• • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• • Efficient when working in a fast-paced environment.
• • Proficient in data analysis, for planning.

Responsibilities:

• • Expected duties: Collect invoices and supporting documentations from LSPs or related department.
• • Review all invoices against approved quotations.
• • Communicate with LSPs if any further documentation is needed.
• • Communicate with LSPs regarding errors and queries.
• • Ensure all payments to LSP are processed within 15 days of receipt of full documentation and invoice.
• • All payment figures to be updated per bill of lading on the Tencent Application.
